Pricing and Shipping Information
Simply New Zealand will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and receipt of payment. Our shipping charges include protective packaging. If the item is out-of stock we will contact you to discuss an anticipated dispatch or an alternative. Payment will not be processed until the order is ready for dispatch.
Allow 3-5 days delivery of orders within New Zealand.
Simply New Zealand will not be liable for loss or damage of goods once received by the postal/courier service. Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made against the carrier. We do not pay compensation for late delivery.
New Zealand Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the destination regardless of the value or the size of the purchase.
Australia Delivery Charges
All deliveries to Australia cost $NZ20.

Returns and Refund policy
Our quality is important to us. As most of our goods are hand-made be prepared to accept some minor imperfections and variations in the products. Returns because of quality issues will be accepted up to 5 days from receipt of goods. Please return items in its original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. If goods are damaged in return because of inadequate packaging no refund will be made.
Please choose carefully as no refunds will be made for any other reason than quality.
We are happy to offer you a credit note valid for two months or an exchange but you will be responsible for returning and forwarding shipping charges. Courier return goods by Courier Post and remember to include your details. No refund on freight charges.
If you place an order and then decide to cancel it you must email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org
If your cancellation is not received before your order is processed we will consider, at our discretion, refunding your payment on the following conditions:
- That the goods have been returned to us at your own expense in saleable condition.
- That you wait until goods are received before processing a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason without notice to the customer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
